The United States Government Office of National Drug Control Policy, reported on its five-year study of the government ad campaigns aimed at deterring the use of drugs among teens at the cost of $1 billion from 2005 to 2007, stating that the campaigns did not work.  You have seen the ads about drug abuse on billboards and on TV.  Although well intended, these ads do not express the love, the support and understanding that is needed when a person needs help.  With every problem one person has, the need for understanding is always there.  As Christians we know the true meaning of love.   At (CHDA) we express the love of God in our service to help people get their life back on track with God family and friends.

Christians Helping Drug Abusers
is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide resources and services to help people who suffer from alcohol and other drug abuse get their life back on track. Abuse of alcohol and other drugs is a major threat to the health of men, women and teens. They destroy our families, our dreams and our hope for a better future.

Men and women who suffer from alcohol and or other drug abuse are most likely to need love, support and understanding. That is why we unite people of faith to help people in need. We know that once a man or woman calls for help their life begins to get better. Their dreams and hope for a better life starts to come back, they become better and more responsible parents to their children, they begin to be better employees on their job. For the drug abuser this is a new chance at life.

It is our primary purpose to bring emotional, physical and spiritual stability back into the life of God’s children.  Love for God, for self and others are most important. Regardless of race, color, creed, sex, or age Christians Helping Drug Abusers is there to freely extend it’s hands as God so freely extend s His hand for us. If you or someone you know is suffering from problems caused by abusing alcohol and or other drugs please call for help. All communication is private.
